I just finished editing a video we shot today of my partner stretching out on a yoga ball. This is a "video cheat-sheet" for our clients who can't remember how to stretch.

I think clients will appreciate that video. I like it! In fact, I ought to get a yoga ball and stretch as well. It would help my posture after all this coding at my desk. My ballet teacher tells me i look like a cashew sometimes. I just don't know where to put the yoga ball!

yeah space is a consideration! We don't have space at home but at least at work I have plenty of space.

I wish my audio editing was better but the Youtube editor doesn't have that many options. :/

I was just reading that sitting is the most dangerous thing people do all day and no matter how fit or skinny they are, how fast they can run or many pounds they can bench press, the damage of sitting is done. :3 It releases oxidative stress enzymes.
